+ Where are your bows made?
Our bows begin as a carefully chosen assortment of natural fiber fabrics - high quality cotton, linen, Liberty of London, soft double gauze, etc... sourced from various shops across the USA and Europe. Fabric is then given to seamstresses (local to New Orleans, as well as around the United States) who work from home to cut and sew the fabric into the strips used to produce each bow. Finished strips are then sent back to New Orleans for final inspection and to begin their new life cycle as a hair bow. Each bow is hand tied and secured to a headband or alligator clip, and lovingly packaged on branded card-stock before heading off to its next adventure.
+ Do you offer different shades of nylon headbands?
We do! In most cases, your bow will be tied-to-order, making it super easy to customize. We offer a variety of nylon headband shades, which can easily be matched to your little one's skin tone or hair color, or any color you feel would best complement your bow. Each bow listing will display a photo of our current season's headband assortment. Simply leave a note at checkout with your headband color preference.
+ When will I receive my order?
Turnaround time may vary throughout the year, depending on order volume or other factors. Our current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date, please feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
+ Can you combine orders?
Typically, yes! We get it... sometimes you check out in a frenzy to make sure you don't miss your favorite item during a launch. Maybe you discovered our free shipping policy after your order was placed, and you were one bow away from free shipping. Perhaps you just can't get the idea of a matching sister set out of your head, or that extra pair of knee socks is calling your name. Whatever the reason, as long as your orders have not yet shipped, we will happily combine them and refund any shipping overages. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with "Combine Orders" as the subject, and a list of your order numbers in the body of the e-mail.
+ How much is shipping?
United Sates: Domestic orders $40+ ship for FREE, so go ahead and add a few more bows to your cart. Hooray! Orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum will ship at an affordable flat rate of $4.
Canada & Mexico: Orders $150+ will receive free shipping. A flat rate of $10 will be applied for order totals less than $150.
Everywhere else: A flat rate of $15 will be applied for all orders placed outside of the US, Canada, and Mexico.

+ How fast is shipping?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from when they are scanned. An e-mail will automatically be sent to you when your shipping label is created. Tracking information should be updated within 24 hours, and may be accessed through the link provided in your e-mail.
International orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping, as your order will need to clear customs and may be processed through multiple shipping carriers. At this time, tracking for International orders is limited.
+ Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We want you to be highly satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about something you ordered, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Clothing items must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached, and bows/toys should be returned in their original packaging. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will get back to you within 2 business days. *** Sale items, swimwear, and any item purchased with a discount greater than 15% will be considered FINAL SALE.
