Return Policy


We hope you love everything you order with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items are eligible for return / exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Clothing must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Start a return here. We will provide you with a return shipping label. A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to return your order for store credit, this $7 fee will be waived. In order to be accepted, your return must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Returns are inspected thoroughly to ensure compliance with our policy. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee for any items that require additional care to return them to sellable condition (lint-rolling, steaming, etc). Please ensure returned items are in original condition and packaged securely to avoid any damages or fees.

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail hello@allthelittlebows.com. Alternatively, you are welcome to start a return here and place a new order to ensure inventory availability.
