Return Policy
We want you to be highly satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about something you ordered, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Clothing items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Sale items and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Dollhouses are also considered Final Sale due to the significant cost of shipping. If you have any issues with your dollhouse, we will work directly with the manufacturer to provide a resolution.
If your order is eligible for return, we will provide you with a return shipping label. A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are inspected upon on receipt and if accepted, will be processed within 2 business days. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee for any items that require additional care to return them to sellable condition (lint-rolling, steaming, etc). Please ensure items are in original condition and packaged securely to avoid any damages or fees.
Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail hello@allthelittlebows.com. Alternatively, you are welcome to start a return here and place a new order to ensure inventory availability.
