Return Policy
We hope you love your order! If something doesn’t work out, most full-price items are eligible for return within the timeframes below.
Return for Refund
Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of delivery.
Return for Store Credit
Items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days of delivery, all items are considered final sale and no longer eligible for return.
Return Policy Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Sale items — All sale merchandise is considered final sale.

Swimwear — Due to hygiene standards, swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Dollhouses — Due to the significant cost of freight, all dollhouses are final sale. If your dollhouse arrives with any damages or missing pieces, we will work directly with the manufacturer to correct the issue or provide replacement parts.
Brand-Specific Exclusions

Noralee (full-price items) — Eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

All items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
In order to be accepted, your return must be post-marked within the required return window (7 days for refunds, 14 days for store credit).
Return Processing & Refunds
All returned items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee for items that require additional care in order to return them to sellable condition (e.g., lint removal, steaming, repackaging). To avoid delays or fees, please ensure items are returned in original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, based on the return type selected and eligibility outlined above. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail hello@allthelittlebows.com. Alternatively, you are welcome to start a return here and place a new order to ensure inventory availability.
