Shipping + Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday prior to 2pm EST will begin processing the same day and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on Saturday / Sunday will be processed the next business day.

 

How much is shipping?

All eligible shipping services and rates will be calculated at checkout.

United States:
We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders $50+
Orders that do not meet the minimum for free shipping will be shipped at an affordable flat rate of $4.95. Alternative / expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
Collégien items ship free within the US - no code needed!

Canada: A flat rate of $20 will be applied to all orders shipping to Canada. Customer is responsible for any customs or import duties. 

International: A flat rate of $25 will be applied for all orders shipping outside of the US or Canada. Customer is responsible for any customs or import duties.

How fast is shipping?

Standard Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from when they are scanned. An e-mail will automatically be sent to you when your shipping label is created. Tracking information should be updated within 24 hours and may be accessed through the link provided in your e-mail.

If eligible in your area, we also offer the following carriers and shipping options:

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business days depending on location)

UPS Ground (2-5 Business days depending on location)

UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business days)

International orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping as your order will need to clear customs and may be processed through multiple shipping carriers. Customs fees (import/duties/taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please be advised of your country’s import policies prior to placing an order. 

Do you offer shipping insurance?

We are pleased to now include automatic shipping insurance up to $200 per order at no cost to you. If you wish to add additional coverage, please select Route Package Protection at checkout or email us at hello@allthelittlebows.com
